Refunds & Returns Policy
Here at Krystal Kennels, we make every effort to supply quality products and correct items on all orders. However, life happens, and there may come a time when you might need to
return an item to us for replacement or credit.
We apologize in advance if this should happen.
If it does, here is our policy for handling such matters:
Unless defective, items to be returned must be in new condition. PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY ITEMS, CONTACT US VIA PHONE OR EMAIL FOR A RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RGA#).

Items returned without an RGA# will NOT be accepted. If the item is defective or if WE made a mistake and shipped the wrong item to you, we'll pick up the item and pay return shipping charges. We'll then quickly replace it, issue a full credit or give you a complete refund. If YOU ordered the wrong item,
customer pays return shipping charges.
Special or Custom Order items are NOT returnable.
Returns are limited to 30 days from receipt of order.
Most items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Send your return to us via the shipper of your choice. SECURELY package your return, including the RGA# on both the INSIDE and OUTSIDE of the package, along with an explanation of the reason for the return together with your contact information,
